Key Responsibilities

• - Lead Next.js-based application development for enterprise-level Japanese clients.
• - Design, architect, and implement scalable and highly maintainable frontend solutions.
• - Collaborate directly with engineers, designers, and project managers.
• - Guide and mentor mid and junior engineers.
• - Ensure code quality via peer code reviews and testing.
• - Maintain high attention to detail and documentation aligned with Japanese standards.
• - Report regularly and proactively to the project team.

Requirements 

• - 5+ years of experience in frontend development (React.js / Next.js).
• - Proficiency in TypeScript, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern frontend architecture.
• - Deep understanding of Next.js features (SSR, SSG, ISR, Routing, Performance Optimization).
• - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• - Experience working with Git, CI/CD, Agile methodology.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• - Good understanding of Japanese working culture (punctuality, precision, responsibility).
• - Japanese Language ability (basic level preferred but optional).
